Sarah Jepson – founder of Six Degrees
Sarah has been working in the PR and marketing industry for over 20 years and has run her own boutique marketing agency for 12 years. The visionary and founder of the Six Degrees brand, Sarah has a deep rooted passion for creating environments and opportunities that enables women to realise their full potential and thrive. Sarah is interested in helping women’s causes and hopes one day to create a charity to help women that have experienced domestic abuse.
Louise Glanville – Co-Founder
Louise Glanville has worked in real estate for the past 21 years, she started her career in London within the property industry where she gained experience in prime lettings as well as residential sales and residential developments. She moved back to Devon in 2014 and began working for a leading local agent before moving to Knight Frank and heading up the Exeter City Sales Department where her role involves residential sales & developments. In 2021, Louise was promoted as the head of Knight Frank, Exeter, as well as being made Partner. Louise is currently on the People’s Board and the Gender Balance Board for Knight Frank
Louise fundraisers for several charities. She is an advisor for a local charity that supports people through baby loss.
Louise is a champion and cheerleader of women and believes when we support one another, great things happen.
Linda Horner – Co-Founder
Linda is founder and co-owner of Exeter based restaurants No.5 on Cathedral Close and Posh Pizzas at 93 Fore Street. She is also founder and co-owner of Crocketts in Gandy Street, Exeter’s first gin bar.
A serial entrepreneur, she is currently developing the Posh Pizzas brand as a franchise.
Kye is an Associate Director at KTA Architects in Exeter and specialises in Business Development. She is also the co-chair of the Exeter Construction Group (ECG) and has been a dedicated follower of Six Degrees from the outset.
She and her husband are currently building The Autarkic House – the UK & Europe’s first fully off grid, solar-hydrogen house, not connected to any power, gas, water or waste connection!
Gemma has been in the education sector for 20+ years and has recently joined Six Degrees as a Board Member. Gemma will be instrumental in helping shape the future of the club and will be acting as Membership Manager, helping to build and nurture our community.
Rebecca started the Committed Clothing Company in 2017. With a strong brand message around anti-bullying, mental well-being and living life to the full, the clothing brand began to grow organically thanks to its strong messaging. Today, the company is going from strength to strength.
A proud wife and mother of three, Rebecca believes her success is partly thanks to the incredible support network she has around her and Rebecca wants to be part of something that encourages the next generation of women to believe in themselves, helping them reach their full potential.
Helen Plumridge is founder and owner of King Recruit and King Executive – The Southwest’s leading recruitment and search firm, placing specialist and senior talent with growing SMEs. Helen is a passionate advocate of female leadership, and her business aims to provide an even gender representation on all of their executive assignments.
