Ingrid will share her story of how she transitioned from being a busy mum of three and former therapist to becoming a coach, all whilst moving across the country in the middle of a pandemic. She will use her story to illustrate common blocks she sees in women who are holding themselves back from creating the life they truly want and give pointers on how to overcome them. Sound familiar? Then this lunch & learn is for you! Imagine sitting with others, knowing you’re not alone and with the right environment and network, we can all help one another overcome common barriers and move forward with our lives!
